Search4Teachers has strict recruitment vetting and safeguarding procedures which we apply to all our teachers and support staff before we send them to schools. Our qualified Designated Vetting and Safeguarding Lead is responsible for ensuring that all company procedures and protocol exceed those outlined in statutory guidance by Ofsted and the DfE.

We send you confirmation of our vetting and safeguarding procedures for each individual teacher or support staff before we send them to your school along with photo ID for added security. These security steps satisfy the OFSTED requirements for Safer Recruitment and Child Protection.

Once in a school our teachers and support staff are regularly monitored and their performance assessed by us through regular interaction with both staff and school/
